Return Policy
The Mountain Shop will accept returns purchased through our physical location or "www.mountainshop.net". Items must be returned with all original tags and boxes. Returns must be packaged so that the merchandise is not damaged and packaged so that there are no shipping tags on the merchandise or its manufacturers packing.
Unused items must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving order for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt and explanation for refund or exchange. The Mountain Shop will not accept refunds after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
ALL climbing gear is non refundable.
Any merchandise that has been soiled or used(other than manufacturers warranty).
Skis or snowboards that have been damaged.
