Welcome to The Mountain Shop's Online Rental System. Here you can reserve Alpine Ski, Snowboard, Telemark, Alpine Touring, Cross Country, and Skate Ski gear for the 08' 09' winter season. Due to our limited selection, and in order to provide you with the absolute best service, the following Terms and Conditions will apply.

Terms and Conditions:

By clicking submit reservation, I verify that all information for each member of my group is true and correct. In addition I understand that all equipment will be held until 6pm on the day listed in the reservation. In the event of a no-show, all equipment will be placed back in the rental pool and will become available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation and Late Return Fees:

If The Mountain Shop is not notified of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date a fee equivalent to 50% of a single day rental for all equipment reserved will be charged to my account, and will be required to be paid in full before I will be allowed to rent any addition equipment from The Mountain Shop. Likewise, any rental not returned on the scheduled return date will be charged a full single day rate for each additional day late, to be paid when the equipment is dropped off.

Pricing:

All prices generated by the Online Rental System are reflective of the individual rental price. All non-demo equipment can be packaged together for a discounted price base off of our Rental Price List. All package pricing will be applied at the time the equipment is picked up, and will not appear on your rental confirmation.

Substitutions:

Although we make an effort to provide our customers with the rental equipment that's requested, should an item become unavailable for rental due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute product for like-product.
