Those who register will participate virtually in an online avalanche awareness session with CJ Svela and John Barkhausen on Friday evening and an in-the-field day on Mount Hood Sunday. During this clinic you’ll learn decision-making based on avalanche hazard evaluation, travel and avoidance in avalanche-prone terrain, how to use transceivers, and avalanche rescue technique as part of this course.
