The cooler nights are coming, the end of summer is creeping up, and Mountain Shop is hiring for the 2021/2022 Winter Season! The upcoming season will be a busy one for us and we are looking for some great people to come on board. We are not just looking for the dedicated backcountry skier, ripped climber, or nordic superstar, anyone interested in the outdoors and looking to develop their knowledge is encouraged to apply. We encourage women and female identifying folks, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and gender non-conforming candidates to apply. The outdoors should be for everyone, and we know that has traditionally not been the case, with many people being left out of outdoor recreational opportunities. We want the voices of Mountain Shop to reflect all of our communities, please join us!

Perks include free gear rentals, discounts at local climbing gyms and trail races, weekly free staff yoga at the shop, deals on trips with some local guide companies, steals on awesome gear, and a community of co-workers who are as stoked on the outdoors as you are. Must be able to work weekends (which means days off on weekdays when the slopes and trails are empty!).
