Description
Halfnuts share the same tapered design and side profile as DMM Wallnuts but with a reduced width, making them ideal for shallow cracks, pin scars, and weight-conscious climbers. They are 42% lighter than equivalent Wallnuts and color-coded for easy identification. Sizes 1–4 use a harder alloy for durability, while sizes 5–11 feature a softer alloy for better bite. Size 7 has scooped faces to reduce weight, and sizes 8–11 incorporate hollow extrusions and dual thinner cables for further weight savings. Their shape enhances stability and expands placement options in technical terrain.
