The lightest and most compact cam-assisted blocking belay device in Petzl’s lineup, this 175g device is designed for both lead and top rope climbing. Its optimally balanced construction ensures durability while maintaining a small footprint. The cam-assisted mechanism enhances security by automatically engaging when the climber falls, while an intuitive rope installation diagram simplifies setup. It accommodates dynamic single ropes from 8.5 to 11mm, optimized for 8.9 to 10.5mm. An ergonomic handle with a 3:1 mechanical advantage provides smooth and controlled descent, reducing effort for belayers when lowering a climber.
